• Can you license [manga]? If you have a manga suggestion, please visit our suggest a manga page. We can’t make any promises unfortunately.
• Where is my order? You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped out. Please be aware that orders are shipped all at once. If you preorder something as part of a larger order, your order will be shipped out when that book has released. If you’d like to arrange to have your order sent separately, please contact us with your order information so we can arrange separate shipping.
• Why is my preorder taking so long? We’re sorry! Sometimes delays happen and it’s often out of our control. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for more information.
• How do I cancel my preorder? Please contact us to cancel your preorder.
• I’ve moved since preorder / ordering. How can I change my order address? Please contact us if you need to update your address. Be advised that if we’ve already shipped it before you’ve updated your address, you’ll need to pay shipping again to have it shipped to your new address.
• I ordered a digital manga, but I can’t seem to access it? Digital orders are available for a set period of time after ordering for security purposes. If you’re unable to access your order after this time, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do!
